Introduction
Natural Stone has commonly been used in architecture for centuries. In modern architecture, natural stone is not only used for its beauty, but also for its durability and sustainability. This seminar will deliver a brief introduction on different kind of natural stones, their application, care and maintenance.

The Seminar will cover the following:-
1. Brief introduction of different kind of natural stones / granite commonly used in Hong Kong
2. Stone fabrication in factory including split face, polished, honed, acid etched, fair faced and etc
3. Selection of an appropriate natural stones / granite to deal with different site constraints
4. Stone care and maintenance after installation and case sharing
