Course Highlights:
To celebrate 25th Anniversary and echo to the Theme of our Excellence in Facility Management Award (EFMA) 2023/24, the HKIFM proudly presents a structured CPD course for FM professionals and practitioners who intend to broaden, refresh, and update his/her knowledge in relation to legal regimes, Code of Practices, ESG & innovative technology in relation to Facility Management. All speakers are Lawyers, experienced Professors of University, Professional Engineers, and Professional Surveyors of reputable consultants / contractors / facility management Company. They will present you with practical information and valuable experience sharing.

- Physical seats will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis as quota is limited.
- Lectures may be conducted at venue’s upper floor classrooms which can only be accessed by staircase.

- Successful registrants will be notified by a confirmation email no later than 21 August 2024 (Wed)
- Course Fee should be deposited to the Institute’s Bank of East Asia Account (FPS ID: 110831989) upon receiving the confirmation email, otherwise the quota may be released to other registrants on waiting list.
- Please make payment and, for identification, mark your FULL name in English:
▪ in “Message to Payee” if transfer is made via Faster Payment System (FPS); OR
▪ on the bank-in-slip, a copy of which should be sent by email to cpd@hkifm.org.hk; OR

- E-Receipt will be sent to registrants by email upon request, subject to completion of full payment.
Paid fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
For those who participate online, a separate email will be sent one or two days before the registered session with a Zoom link and passcode for joining the respective session.
CPD Cert
A professional certificate will be issued to participants who have enrolled for the whole course and achieved at least 80% attendance. For participants attending one or more sessions, they will receive the respective e-certificate(s) subject to attendance of at least 90 minutes in that session.
