Programme Highlight:
AIRSIDE is the newly opened 1.9 million sq.ft. mixed used commercial development in Kai Tak, with views over the Victoria Harbour and Kai Tak River. This building consists of a 200m-tall tower with a podium base. AIRSIDE is the first-ever building in Hong Kong received the five highest sustainable building certifications: US LEED®;
Platinum Certified, WELL Building StandardTM
Platinum Certified, BEAM Plus Neighbourhood Final Platinum, BEAM Plus New Building Provisional Platinum and China Green Building Label Final 3-Star.
The visit will bring to the members the innovative design features and advanced technologies of AIRSIDE and a holistic view on Nan Fung’s ESG commitment – SEWIT Initiatives. This visit will include the project briefing and project sustainability sharing by the guest speakers from Nan Fung, as well as a guided site walk.
